WhatSheKnows is owned and operated by just one gal... that's me, Brooke! I have an ongoing healthy love-affair with Etsy (it's my full-time job!) and I take running my stores and making my customers happy very seriously.


I'm just a friendly, good ole southern gal so please feel free to send me a convo if you have any questions or just want to chat. :)

Payment

I accept Paypal and Propay. I know sometimes people's computers act funny with Paypal, so if that's happening to you just let me know and I'd be happy to send you a quick and easy invoice through Propay. And even if you don't have an account with either Paypal or Propay, never fear! Let me know and I will just send an invoice to whatever e-mail address you use for you to pay with any credit card (no sign up of either service is required). Easy peasy! :)

I allow three total days for payment before I will cancel the transaction and relist the item (put it back out for sale). If you need additional time, please just let me know.

Shipping

All listings will describe the method of shipment. I ship via First Class as often as possible since it's the most economical. Priority Mail and Priority Flat Rate are used for heavier and bulkier items.

Shipping upgrades are always available. If you need to be upgraded to another shipping method, just send me a convo. If you have already paid for the item and wish to upgrade your shipping, then I can simply send you an invoice for the difference.

I will never downgrade or ship with a slower method than what I have described... even if I made a mistake in my listing. I stand by my word, even if it costs me!

I include Delivery Confirmation with each order. I will insure orders over a value of $100 at no cost to the buyer.

I use shipping charts to determine the costs for international shipping within certain "zones". I weigh every item carefully to determine exact weight for shipping before listing. If you are an international buyer, and have a question about how much something weighs, or notice that I may have made a mistake with international shipping, please let me know as I like to work hard to be as accommodating as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

While I've been doing this for a while, and I do try my best with each and every listing to give accurate descriptions and measurements... I understand that sometimes... stuff happens.

If you are not satisfied with your order from WhatSheKnows, please send me a Convo with your concerns before leaving feedback.

Refunds and/or exchanges are available. Item must be returned within 7 days of its arrival to the buyer. Unless due to damage in the mail, item must arrive in same condition as sent.

Refunds and exchanges will be given in the case that I may have made a mistake or mis-measured an item. Please double check all your measurements using a soft-tape ruler and compare to the measurements I give for each item to ensure a good fit. A 1-2" range below the maximum measurement will allow breathing and movement room.

I will NOT refund the payment to any other method other than the one which was used to pay.

Additional Policies and FAQs

All items are washed and cleaned when I recieve them in my smoke-free, pet-free home. I do not use any sprays or starches on garments such as Febreeze or linen spray - I know a lot of folks with sensitive noses, so strong fragrances are avoided. However, a lot of these garments are OLD and a slight vintage smell is to be expected. I take EXTRA care to ensure that nothing which smells of moth balls, incense, cigarette smoke or any other odious scent is sold in my shop.
