i love communicating with buyers ^^

i'm a self-taught russian artist, making dolls since 2006.
i started with primitive-looking dolls, but since then my creatures keep evolving into something completely different and more complicated.
all of them are completely handmade: hand-sculpted, hand-sewn and hand-painted.
each doll is one-of-a-kind and has my signature and date on the back of it's head.

Payment

immediate payment is preferred,
yet i'll accept payment within 3 days of purchase.
if no payment is made in these 3 days, i will cancel the sale.

i accept paypal payments in USD and euros.

i can also accept money orders through WesternUnion,
if you want to pay this way - contact me first.

if you can't pay the full price at the moment
but are deadly willing to have a doll,
contact me and we'll discuss it.
there are some ways of solving the problem:
1) i can reserve it for you for 5 days
2) i can put a doll on layaway, in this case i'll ask you
to pay non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total price (including shipping).
then you'll have a month (30 days) to pay the rest of the sum.
the doll will be shipped when the full payment is received.

Shipping

i'll send the package in 2 business-days
after your payment is received.
as i use airmail, usually you can expect it within 7-14 days.

i am happy to send my creatures overseas.
i already have the experiense of shipping to
the US, UK, Germany, France, Sweden,
Poland, Latvia, Iceland and even Peru.

all the dolls were delivered without any damages:
i pack them in bubble wrap, paper and boxes,
which makes it nearly impossible to break the doll.

to keep the price low, i use International First Class Shipping,
which doesn't usually cost more than 15$
and delivers within 10-14 days.

if you want me to ship your doll in other way - contact me and we'll discuss it.

Refunds and Exchanges

if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item -
send it back and i will offer you a full refund.
