Payment

PayPal is best. Money orders or personal checks are fine, but I have to receive the money order and the check has to clear before the item will be shipped.

Shipping

Most items ship USPS, but bigger items might be sent UPS. Orders will be shipped on the following thursday. If its a crafty emergency and you really need something sooner, just let me know.

For shoppers outside the US, just contact me if you are interested in anything and I'll find out how much the shipping should be.

Refunds and Exchanges

If something arrives damaged, contact me right away and we'll figure something out.
