Welcome

Six Swans is the name I have given to my hand spun yarns and hand dyed fibre.

Whilst my house is not a pet free zone the yarn and fibre is kept well away from my short-haired wee pooch and stored securely in closed bags.

Payment

The easiest way to pay is by PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account - just a credit card.

If you're in the UK you can also pay by cheque, postal order or bank transfer.

Payment should be sent within 3 days of purchase. If you are sending a cheque or postal order, you may like to get proof of posting or a tracking number in case the post gets a little delayed.

I'm sorry, but it's PayPal only outside the UK - the charges on international money orders etc. are just prohibitive, I'm afraid.

Shipping

I am happy to ship worldwide, but I've not had the chance to list every country! Send me a message if your country's not listed.

There's one price for the UK, one for Europe and one for the rest of the world.

I visit the Post Office once a week but if you need your item urgently please let me know and I'll try to make a special trip.
All items are posted first class within the UK and airmail for the rest of the world.

If you wish your item to be tracked this service costs extra so please do contact me about this if you require it.

Refunds and Exchanges

All items will be replaced or refunded in full, excluding postage, if deemed faulty or not as described.
Please return the yarns to me in the condition in which they were received.
If parcels are damaged in the post please take this up with Royal Mail. I will support any claim against Royal Mail.

Please be aware that each person's computer screen will show colours slightly differently. I do all I can to make sure that colours are accurate at my end, but there may be a little variation in tone or shade.

Because my items are handcrafted in my home, which is not a sterile environment, I cannot guarantee that they are entirely free from allergens. If you have any allergies and you are worried, please contact me.
