Hello! Please read the policies before making a purchase just so we are all on the same page.

All items come from a smoke-free home. We do have a cat but the items for sale are kept in a relatively "cat-free" zone. But since we are dealing with mainly second-hand vintage items - I do not know the the entire history of what was done and said in the clothes and shoes. Please be mindful of this (although I can tell you, I wouldn't buy nor sell anything that stunk to high heaven or had any obvious large stains, amounts of hair, etc.)

Of course, please feel free to convo me for any information not covered here or for any other reason!

Payment

I only accept paypal for payment.

Please pay immediately after your purchase. I will send an email reminder plus a paypal invoice for any orders where payment hasn't been received with-in 24 hours. After three days of no payment or communication - I will report transaction and leave negative feedback.

If some mistake was made and you purchased an item by accident and you do not want it, etc. please just contact me as soon as possible - no harm no foul. But if I receive no communication, I will leave negative feedback. As much as I wish I was, I am not a mind reader.

As always - please make sure your etsy address and paypal address are one in the same!

Shipping

I take great care with my packages. I try to recycle materiel whenever possible. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Every domestic order has a Delivery Confirmation number attached to it. And since I cannot track international packages, I am also not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, I have shipped internationally dozens of times before with out incident - so you can feel confident that your package will arrive safe and sound.

Domestic orders:

Please see listing to determine if item will be shipped first class or priority mail via USPS. Items are shipped with-in three business days of payment received. All domestic packages are shipped through paypal and will include a Delivery Confirmation number.

Insurance is included free of charge on all orders over $50. Other wise insurance is optional and available for $1.70.

Shipping upgrades are available as well - please convo me before making a purchase.

International:

Items will be shipped First Class International. International orders will be shipped with-in three business days after payment is received. Additional fees are added to shipping to compensate that I need to drive to post office and wait in line (usually over an hour).

And just in case you missed it above: Since I cannot track international packages, I am also not responsible for lost or damaged packages. However, I have shipped internationally dozens of times before with out incident - so you can feel confident that your package will arrive safe and sound.

Refunds and Exchanges

I go to great lengths to give accurate measurements and honest information on all my items. I will not give any refunds or exchanges unless the item was misrepresented. It is the buyer's responsibility to look at the measurements to make sure things with fit! Also, if there are any flaws in the item (small holes or stains), I will give honest descriptions and pictures of these in the item listing.

Also, since I take great care with packaged my items - I will not give any refund for packages damaged or lost in the mail. It is up to the buyer to inquire about insurance, which is available for $1.70.

Insurance is included free of charge on all domestic orders over $50 (not included shipping costs).

****EXCEPTION FOR HAND PAINTED SHOES****

I understand that shoes can be really hard to try on over your computer. And it can be hard to plop $50+ on shoes that you cannot try on or return.

So if you get your shoes and with in three (I mean three!!) days of receipt and they do not fit - I will except a return and issue a refund with the following rules:

- Buyer must convo or email me with-in three days of receipt
- Shoes must be in the original condition - I'll know, I have photo evidence :)
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Refund with be less original shipping costs AND LESS 10% of the total item cost. This 10% is a "re-stocking" fee and hopefully with make sure the buyer is paying attention to the measurements. Please use another pair of shoes to determine of the shoes will fit!
