Payment

payment must either be received (paypal) or mailed (money order or check) within forty-eight hours or the item will be relisted. if you are sending a check or money order, please notify me that you have sent your payment. if it is not received within ten days, the item will be relisted.
if you make a purchase and for some reason are not able to complete the transaction PLEASE contact me within forty-eight hours in order to avoid negative feedback.

Shipping

all items will be shipped two-three day priority shipping and will go out on the business day following the day that payment is received.

aphotic rosary is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. shipping insurance and delivery tracking are available.

Refunds and Exchanges

refunds and exchanges are given, provided you contact me within five days of receiving your item and i receive the item within seven business days.

there are, of course, exceptions to every rule and everything is on a per-purchase basis.

i am more than happy to do custom work. orders will be filled as soon as possible, taking in to consideration the intricacy and size of the order.

please remember that my work is all handmade and is, for the most part, delicate. unlike cheap, mass manufactured jewelry, you can't throw it around and expect it to survive.

but then, you're shopping on etsy, so you already know that.
