Payment

I accept Paypal only.
Payment is to be made within three (3) days of purchase, though immediate payment is preferred and appreciated.

Shipping

I ship worldwide from Australia using Australia Post. The price quoted for ‘Everywhere Else’ includes all international countries. All packages are sent airmail.

I endeavour to post items on the next business day after payment is received (items purchased on Friday or over the weekend will be posted on Monday). However on occasion there may be an unavoidable delay by a day or two.

Please allow for a delay for custom orders (generally a couple of days, depending on the item).

All items are either packed in bubble wrap or sent in a padded satchel. I do not take responsibility for items lost in the mail - once I post the item it is out of my control what the Post Office does. However please contact me if you have any concerns and I will do my best to help out.

Refunds and Exchanges

All Tea For Bini items are made, packaged and sent with care. I have never had any returns as of yet but if for some reason you are not happy with your item/s please contact me and we can work something out. Any queries in this regard must be made within four weeks (28 days) of purchase.

I am open to negotiation - depending on the circumstances (eg reason for dissatisfaction) I may allow for a refund, exhange or store credit. I, as the seller, retain discretion as to which of these will be allowed in each situation but of course will consider the buyer's preference and generally will follow said preference.

If a refund is sought the item must be returned in the condition that it was sent in and any postage costs will not be refunded.

Store credits are to the value of the originally purchased item (not including the originally paid shipping price). However, the new purchase credit may of course include the new item's shipping.

CUSTOM ORDERS & GIFTS

I would love to make a custom order for you! Please contact me with your request and we can discuss the details. I require an initial deposit of 50%, the remainder of which is required to be paid before the item is sent. There may be exceptions where the item price is reasonbly low and therefore a deposit would not be worth the paypal fees. I will decide this on a case by case basis.

Items are made in a non-smoking, no pet home.
I am more than happy to send gifts on your behalf. Please provide the recipient’s name and address. I provide free gift wrapping and a personalised note.
