Welcome

Hi! This shop is a joint venture between myself and my daughter. The artwork is solely her own - and she decides in what form it is offered for sale. The jewelry is sideline of my craft business. We are committed to happy customers. Please feel free to convo us with any questions or concerns.

Payment

We accept Paypal, checks, and money orders. You can use your credit card through Paypal, even if you don't have a Paypal account. All orders from Ohio and Pennsylvania are subject to sales tax (sorry I have a business license and the state gets mad if I don't do my part.)

Shipping

We usually ship USPS First Class. If you wish to have Priority, insurance, or delivery confirmation; please convo us. We will happily make arrangements. If the item you order violates your country's import customs as listed by the United States Post Office; we will apologize and issue a refund.

Refunds and Exchanges

Everything in our shop is 100% guaranteed. If you are not happy, we are not happy. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can contact us for a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

All original artwork in this shop is copyright Anastasia Ross. No reproduction allowed without prior written permission by her as artist.

If you are interested in wholesale orders or consignment of any of our items please contact us. I welcome wholesale and consignment of my jewelry, especially of my earrings (large orders also welcome!). Ana will have to decide about her prints.

I also welcome Alchemy/custom orders for jewelry, and custom orders are subject to the same 100% 'you will be happy' guarantee. However, Ana does not usually do artwork upon request.
