Payment
Payments are due at the time of purchase. Payments not received within 3 days will be considered non-payments. I accept payments via PayPal only. That means you can pay with Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express (look at the pretty icons Esty displays for me). No cash, cheques, shells, gold pieces etc please.
Shipping
Our shipping department (ie, me) will ship within 2-3 weekdays (ie, exclude Saturday and Sunday) once our accountant (guess who?) received your payment. Our shipping department ships with First-Class USPS for both domestic and international. For international buyers, we strongly recommend using Priority Mail instead, so that at least you can track your item. For domestic buyers, if you buy more than 5 items at a time, your shipment will upgraded to Fedex Ground at no additional charge, so that you can track your items. (*TODO: Canada?)
Insurance is included unless stated otherwise. (??)
Other shipping method could be discussed but would be handled on a case-by-case method.
Note: If you are an international buyer and you know there might be restrictions of parcels from US, please send me a message before you checkout. You probably know your country’s law better than me (:
Refunds and Exchanges
I am a customer too and I know that sometimes what looks good in the picture does not necessarily look good on you/ receiver. If you are not satisfied with your item contact our customer service department (ie, me) within 30 business days from the date of purchase for a return. (If this is a gift and you need extension, please send me a message). The shipping fee, if any, will be refunded, but you are responsible for the shipping from you back to me. Please ensure your username is included in the package so that I know who the package is from.
Items must be new or like-new (subject to discretion of the seller, ie, me)
Additional Policies and FAQs
Repair:
I offer lifetime warranty on all pieces. This will handle all the cases of normal wear-and-tear, but not if you throw the piece in conc sulphuric acid, fire, and other situation of the likes. If a piece lost a stone or bead, we cannot garuntee the replacement will be exactly the same as the original. However, I will have it as similar as possible. Before sending the piece back, please send me a message regarding the request and as much details as possible so that I can judge whether it is worth fixing. You will be responsible for the shipping from you to me if you are in the US, and will have to pay $15 shipping for the return trip too if you are overseas.
