Welcome to Hollyhock Alpacas. All items have been created by me in our smoke-free, pet-free home. The exception is the raw fiber - which is created by our alpacas in the barn and fields!

Payment

Payment is due at the time of order.

I accept PayPal - which accepts major credit cards.

Shipping

I will ship in the US for now. If outside the US, please inquire. I'm still learning the ins and outs of shipping. Most items are wrapped in tissue paper and packed in a re-purposed box for shipping. Please let me know if you prefer a new box. If you are local and would like to stop by to pick up your purchase and see the alpacas, your shipping charges will be refunded via PayPal. We love visitors!

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return it within 2 weeks for a refund in the same form as payment. Shipping costs will be your responsibility and are not refundable except in the case of damage in transit. Only returns in new, unwashed and unused condition will be accepted. Please contact me to let me know you are returning an item.

----- Reserve a fleece -----

The fleeces from each of my animals may be reserved. I'm currently taking reservations for the 2010 shearing - which will be in April or May. If you reserve a fleece, it will be listed here and in mid-January I'll create a custom item for you. Here is the list of name, color, and webpage:
