I am a 14 yo homeschool student, working this shop for high school credits, and because I LOVE fiber! I quilt and knit and spin yarn.

I can only mail on Mondays and Thursdays, because that is when my mom and dad take their orders to mail.

If you need any special item, please convo me. I will see what I can do to help you!

Payment

I take Paypal and Money orders. If paying by paypal, I must receive payment in 3 business days. If paying by money order, payment must be received in 7 business days. If I don't receive payment in a timely manner, I reserve the right to cancel the transaction, relist the item, and/or leave negative feedback!

Shipping

I ship on Mondays and Thursdays, by the least expensive method (usually ground). My shipping prices cover the actual postage plus my mailing materials. I will ship Priority when the rate becomes just as economical as ground.

If you would rather have Priority shipping on a single item, please convo me prior to finalizing your purchase, so that I can adjust shipping for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I accept returns only if the item is in unused condition or if you feel the item was grossly misrepresented in my description. I try my best to describe items as closely as possible and to assure that the color is as true as possible in my listings.

I do not refund shipping or reimburse on shipping for returned items.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I have raw fleece available at $1 per ounce. Please convo me for breed and quality.

I do custom orders! Please convo me for quantity, color, type of fiber, and price.
