I am delighted to share with you my love of knitting and crocheting through the items listed on my shop. I strive to create designs which will make you feel special.

Payment

I only accept payments through PayPal. I appreciate very much your prompt payment.

Shipping

I ship my orders using the United States Postal Service. I use First Class shipping with Order Confirmation. This is the most economical method of shipping. I will ship using Priority Shipping if a buyer should request this form of shipping. Please verify that your shipping address matches your PayPal address. On custom orders, please allow at least three days per item requested as everything is hand made. In the event that I have several orders to fill, I will contact you and let you know if shipping will be delayed. Thanks for understanding.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept Refunds on my knitted or crocheted cocoons. Look carefully at the dimensions of the item ordered.

If a hat does not fit properly, do contact me so I can remedy the situation. In the event that you have to return or exchange the cost to ship back an item is the responsibility of the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I accept custom orders. I only ship from the United States to the United States. If you live in Canada, do contact me and let me know if you are interested in any of my items and I will quote you a shipping rate.
