Chickibeads's Shop Policies

Payment

For purchases, I accept PayPal only. I ask that items be paid for within 24 hours of purchasing. If an echeck is sent via PayPal, item will be sent AFTER the echeck clears which could be anywhere from 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping

I ship via Canada Post. Items are shipped within 3 days of purchase (example: if an item is bought friday night, saturday or sunday it will be shipped Monday as Canada Post doesn't ship on weekends.

Orders to the US take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive depending on customs. I do not have any control over this process. Chickbeads IS NOT responsible for taxes or duties charged as a result of customs.

International orders can take 1-3 weeks or even longer. Once the item has left my hands I have no control over the speed of delivery. Once again, Chickibeads IS NOT responsible for any duties or charges as a result of customs.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my items are a final sale. But, if you are unsatisfied for some reason about your order, please convo me and we will work something out.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Local pickup is NOT available. I live in the country and it is not feasible for me to arrange pickup. So I will ship ALL orders including local ones.

I welcome custom orders! I would love to work on an item with you. This includes alchemy so please convo me if something like that interests you. I would be happy to collaborate with you!
