Payment
We currently accept payment through PayPal. 10% GST applies to Australian orders.
Shipping
Chenna Collections offers free shipping for orders above AUD$100 within Australia via Australia Post. For orders below AUD$100, and international orders, shipping costs will apply.
Refunds and Exchanges
To return a purchase made from Chenna Collections, the customer must contact Chenna Collections at nancy [!at] chennacollections.com.au within 7 days of receiving the product. A complete refund or exchange will apply to all returns, minus shipping and handling. Shipping is only refunded if the return is the result of an error made by Chenna Collections.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Refunds will not be available if the returned products have been damaged, worn, or altered in anyway before return to Chenna Collections.
All custom orders and gift card purchases are final and cannot be returned.

Our Warranty policy
All our bags have a 6 month warranty on them. We are sure that you will have no problems with Chenna Collections bags, however, if within the first 6 months of purchase there are any faults or damages as a result of our craftsmanship, just send it to us and we will return it to you as good as new without any charges.
