Hello and thank you for stopping by my little Etsy spot. I hope you like what you see and choose to purchase some gemstone jewelry for yourself or for someone you love.

Joseph Campbell was known to say, “Follow your bliss!” and that is what I am doing by making jewelry pieces featuring beautiful gemstones. They are a culmination of years of interest and studying of Native American spiritually, learning about and acquiring many unique gemstones, and my love of nature and animals. I am not Native American so it is with the utmost respect that I create these items. We are all interconnected and what we do to our Earth, our Animals, and Each Other ~ We also do to ourselves. Therefore, it is with great respect, love and passion that I invite when creating these one of a kind jewelry pieces.

Payment

At this time I only accept Paypal and all orders must be paid for within 3 days of purchase date (as stated in the DOs and DON'Ts of Etsy for buyers). I reserve the right to re-list any orders that are still unpaid after 3 days. If you need more time to complete your payment please contact me.

Shipping

At this time, I only accept orders from the United States. All items are shipped through the United States Postage Service regular first class mail. The cost is paid by purchaser and all of the jewelry is sent in padded envelopes to protect the beads. Please make sure your shipping address is current in your Paypal account as this is the address that I will use.

Insurance:
I am not responsible for damaged packages after they've left the post office. The jewelry is packaged well so that they are safe. However, if you still have concerns, please email me to request insurance, do not pay until you receive an adjusted invoice. Insurance is an additional $1.50 per package.

Shipping Timeline:
Items will be shipped to the address indicated with your PayPal account. They will be shipped approximately 1-2 business days after purchase. I will contact you if this cannot be achieved.

Refunds and Exchanges

I follow Etsy’s policies regarding refunds. Therefore, items will be accepted for a return only if items are promptly returned in re-salable condition. A request for a refund on any jewelry must be made in writing (email me) within 3 calendar days of receiving an item, and the item MUST be returned at purchaser's expense within 5 business days once we mutually agree on a solution. An agreement will be documented in writing via email from me to you, with you confirming acceptance via email.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Guarantee:
Your satisfaction is important to me so if you are do not like what you have received, please email me and you can either return it (see return info up above) or receive a store credit or full refund.

Sales Tax:
I must charge a 6.9% sales tax on Minnesota Buyers and a 7.4% sales tax to Minneapolis Buyers. The tax will be added on in Paypal checkout when appropriate. According to Minnesota tax law I am not required to collect taxes for non-Minnesota residents for online sales; it is the buyer’s responsibility to pay any taxes in their own states.
