Payment

I love PayPal - doesn't everyone?

Payment must be received before work ships. No cancellation of order once it is shipped.

Shipping

I prefer UPS Ground, but will be happy to use the carrier of your choice. Upgrades available, please convo me if you need one. I will bill you via Paypal for the difference.

All work is shipped insured. For international orders, I will bill you via PayPal for any additional taxes or customs surcharges which may occur. I will also send you a copy of all documentation.

Refunds and Exchanges

I pack everything to exceed UPS standards, but occasionally, breakage does happen, and it sucks. Please let me know as soon as possible if there is any damage to your items. I will replace items broken in shipping ASAP at no extra cost to you if you report the breakage within 14 days of receipt. In return, save your packaging materials so that I may fire a claim with UPS.

I will replace any items broken during normal use for the first year. This is for custom dinnerware sets ONLY.

Additional Policies and FAQs

WHOLESALE: Minimum order $400; Pro forma on all new accounts. Merchants must supply proper documentation including tax ID. convo me for a catalog and line sheet.

CONSIGNMENT: Sorry, I just don't do it.

CUSTOM ORDERS: The heart and soul of my work. Please convo me for pricing.

GUARANTEE: If you don't love it, return it to me for credit only. This does not apply to custom orders.
