Payment

I accept Paypal and Money Orders only. Money orders are to be received within 3 business days of the transaction. If no payment is received within 7 days of the transaction, the item will be relisted.

Shipping

Shipping is $3 for all U.S. orders via USPS. Each additional item is $.50. If you should need the piece sooner, If you need express shipping, convo me for a price quote.

Finished pieces will ship within 48 hours of the transaction. Allow 2-3 weeks for custom orders. Payments made by Paypal e-check will ship once it is confirmed that the funds have cleared. Pieces paid for by Money Order will ship as soon as the Money Order is received.

All shipments will be shipped USPS First Class and are mailed to your Paypal address. If you should need it sent to a different address, please put that in the message to seller.

Insurance is available upon request and is an additional $2.

Refunds and Exchanges

I am dedicated to making the transaction an enjoyable one. Therefore, if you are not satisfied with the piece, please contact me. If you still would prefer a refund, please send back the piece via USPS with delivery confirmation/tracking number. Once the piece is received you will be given a full refund (minus Paypal and shipping expenses as well as insurance if option was chosen).
