Payment

I prefer to receive payments through Paypal, as it is safe, secure and fast.Don't have a paypal account???, that is ok. You can still pay without signing up. All major credit cards are accepted, along with echeck.

Shipping

Your purchase will be shipped within 2 business days of receipt of payment. Turnaround time for custom orders will generally take a little longer. Details will be discussed at the time of order negotiation.

I use USPS First Class mail, unless other arrangements are made. To keep shipping costs down. I use recycled materials when shipping. Going green!!!

Shipping prices vary depending on the size and weight of the item. Shipping is discounted for multiple item purchases.

International shipping : Flat rate of $2, and takes between 8-14 BUSINESS days, depending on US holidays and area, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. There is no delivery confirmation available for international first class shipments. If you are interested in a delivery confirmation, you can upgrade to registered mail for $16, please convo me for a listing upgrade.

Shipping prices are non-refundable.

Please let me know if you require additional insurance.

I am not responsible for any customs charges or any other charges incurred during the shipping process.

Buyers outside the US are responsible for all customs, duty and other charges relating to items being shipped to their respective country. Items being purchased cannot be marked as gifts, and value shown on customs form will be the purchase price, but will not include shipping costs. International orders will be shipped using International First Class Mail.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final. However, your satisfaction is important to me! So, If you ever have any problems with the workmanship of one of my items, please contact me and I will be happy to discuss what can be done to rectify the situation.

Some of these pieces of jewelry are quite delicate, so please be mindful of where you wear them, and store them carefully when not in use. I let you know if some items require a special treatment

Bracelet Sizing

The most accurate way to determine the size needed for that special someone is to take a snug measurement of her wrist with a flexible tape measure. You need to add a small amount to the measurement for a nice comfortable fit.
