Thanks for taking the time to educate yourself on my shop policies! I take pride in my shop and reputation, always striving to provide the best service possible in a timely fashion. I welcome questions about my products, please use Etsy's convo feature by clicking the "contact LuttrellStudio" link located on the right hand side of the screen under "user info". I regularly check for convos and will answer promptly!

Payment

Luttrell Studio accepts credit card payment via Paypal. Payment is due at the time of order.

Ontario residents will be charged 8% pst.

Shipping

All items will be shipped by Canada Post unless special arrangements have been agreed upon. If you would like a shipping upgrade please contact me for a quote.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please convo me asap regarding returns, I will do everything possible to ensure you are a happy customer! Any returns must be in original condition, postage dated no later than 1 week after our convo and will be credited once received. Custom orders are not returnable.
