Payment

At this time only PayPal payments will be accepted. Payments should be made within 24 hours of the sale, PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF TRANSACTION IS PREFERRED. Sale will be cancelled if payment is not received within 3 days. PLEASE remember to complete the transaction through Pay Pal! It is a very simple, two step process!

Shipping

Domestic Shipping:
Items are normally shipped within, at most, 2 days of receiving payment.
I ship to the US via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. If you would like faster shipping or insurance, please let me know so I can adjust the cost. Purchases over $100.00 shipped within the US will be insured. Proof of shipping of items sent is always retained.

International Shipping:
International purchases are also shipped via USPS first class international. Customs charges or any other additional fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to love your jewelry as much as I loved creating it. If you have any dissatisfaction with an item, please communicate with me. I'll do my best, within reason, to rectify the problem.
