Welcome to Shimmer and Shine!

All of my items are made by me. Some of my items are made with plated silver findings, some sterling, some stainless steel, some copper, and some gold plated. My designs are all very sturdy and durable for even the most active lifestyle.

Payment

I only accept PayPal. Please pay within 24 hours of purchase. As soon as payment is received, your design is sent out within 48 hours. If you need to cancel an order, please let me know as soon as possible. If the item has already been sent, payment will be refunded as soon as the item is returned.

Shipping

All designs are sent by Priority Mail. I ship on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Each order is shipped with extra care by using either a padded envelope or gift box (please convo me to let me know your preference). If you would like insurance on your shipment, please let me know that as well. Insurance will be added for $1.00.

Priority Mail in the US = $2.00
Priority Mail in Canada = $3.00
Priority Mail International = $5.00

Items can be shipped together for multiple orders for an extra $1.00.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be satisfied with your design. Please contact me immediately if you are not. Refunds and exchanges will be worked out on a case by case basis.

I guarantee all of my designs. If your design breaks, please contact me and we will work out the details.

Please see my alchemy page if you would like a custom order. If you see something in my shop that you would like in a different color or metal, please place a request for what you would like. I love taking custom orders and will do my best to give you what you want.
