Welcome

Handmade means something special to me, that someone put their creative thought, detail to attention and whole heart into making a product that others will thoroughly enjoy. That is my intention with everything I make. It also means that no two items are exactly alike so your product will always be unique to you.

Payment

PayPal is my preferred payment method. Your purchase will be shipped once payment is received and cleared. Please note, buyers do not need a PayPal account to purchase an item. You can also pay with major credit cards through PayPal.

Please Note: Kansas residents are subject to 8.025% sales tax. This amount is added to your total during PayPal checkout.

Shipping

Products are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation within 48-72 hours from the sale. Please ensure your name and shipping address are accurate when purchasing to ensure prompt delivery of your product. Upgraded shipping is available upon request for an additional fee. Please contact me for details and pricing.

International Customers Welcome! Please convo me for shipping estimate before ordering and I'll set up a reserved listing for you.

Items are shipped wrapped in colored tissue paper with a ribbon tied around the item. My goal is to make you feel like you've just received a present, whether the purchase is for you or for someone else.

Refunds and Exchanges

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase when it arrives, please contact me and I’ll work with you to correct the situation. Returns are accepted if shipped back to me within a week of you receiving the product (minus shipping and handling fees). Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

I’m sorry but due to the nature of custom work, refunds and exchanges are not accepted on any custom orders.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact me before leaving feedback. I feel that customer service is of the utmost importance and I want to make sure you are happy not only with your purchase, but with the entire transaction!
