Welcome to trustnoevil Designs! I'm currently pretty new to Etsy (May 2009) and have just started my home business designing and selling lots of different crafts and textiles. Here you'll find my shop policies so make sure to read through them if you are unsure of anything like payment, shipping, etc.

Payment

I currently only accept payments via PayPal. I also have to collect PST from anyone who buys my products within British Columbia - which is at 7% right now (May 2009).

It would be great if payment could be recieved within five days of purchase. If you're having trouble checking out, feel free to convo me! If after five days no payment has been recieved and no communication regarding the sale, I will cancel the sale and relist.

If you need to cancel a sale, please let me know immediatly! Within 24 hours would be appreciated, otherwise any sales cancelled later than that will most likely be shipped as I try to have orders put together and shipped for the next day.

Also, please make sure your PayPal and Etsy address match, otherwise shipment will be delayed while I contact you for the correct address.

Shipping

I currently only ship to Canada and the US.

I do my best to ship every order by the next business day, although this can be up to three business days (depending on my day job schedule).

I send everything via Canada Post. For US shipments I send via Small Packet - USA Surface. If you're a US resident and are wondering why shipping is so much, you can thank the Canada Post for gouging us Canadians ridiculous amounts of money for international shipping - I try my best to package everything securely and small enough to get the least expensive rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact me and we'll work something out!

Additional Policies and FAQs

If you'd like more information about an item or would like to request more photo's of a particular item, feel free to ask me. Exact colours vary from monitor to monitor, but I do my best to get the most accurate photos I can.
