Thank you for taking the time to read my policies! If you have a question that has not been addressed in this section, feel free to message me!

Payment

Payment is considered due when a purchase is made. Any negotiations with the price or requests for special shipping should have been discussed with me beforehand.

INSTALLMENTS:
You can pay in installments if an item is too expensive for you right now. Contact me BEFORE you purchase this item if that is how you'd like to pay.

Shipping

All items are packaged carefully and shipped within a week of payment being received. I usually use UPS and I get shipping insurance for all items I send, just in case they get lost/damaged in the mail.

Any requests for special shipping should be discussed with me beforehand, so I can alter the shipping price as necessary for you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I have never been asked for a refund, but I would certainly consider any reasonable complaint that someone might have. I get insurance for all items I mail, so we are both safe if the item gets damaged/lost on the way to you!

Additional Policies and FAQs

COMMISSIONS:
I am available for all sorts of custom orders ranging from paintings to clothing to ritual objects. Just tell me what you have in mind and we'll brainstorm up something awesome together :)

GIFTS / GIFT WRAPPING:
If you are purchasing a gift for someone, I am delighted to specially gift-wrap items and even enclose a cheerful birthday/holiday/whatever note for you!
