Payment

For payment I accept Paypal, Money Orders, & Personnal checks. I will not ship until payment is received. If paying upon "Free personal delivery" then you must pay in advance or money order or cash upon delivery. I will not ship until payment is received. To mail a money order or check please convo me for the address info. The mailing address is ONLY a mailing address.
Your payment is required to be made through paypal 72 hours after purchase.
Because I make many gifts for Baby Showers, Birthdays, Weddings, etc I am able to ship to any address you need your purchase to be shipped to. I also can include a message or gift card with any purchase.
You are responsible for providing the correct information for paypal payment. I also will adjust the cost for shipping according to your mailing address. Most likely it will be less then listed.

Shipping

I typically ship with UPS. If your prefer I can ship with USPS or Fed Ex. Please let me know if UPS will not work for your purchase ASAP.
I always ship standard unless otherwise noted by you. I need to know ASAP if your delivery needs to be recevied faster. I ship within 24 hours of your payment being received. I always ship in new, clean boxes.
I offer FREE PERSONAL DELIVERY to local areas. Fairfield, Vacaville, Dixon, and Suisun. I accept Cash and money orders uopn local deliveries along with paypal.
Custom orders should take no longer then 72 after payment begin received to be shipped or sooner.
I also will adjust the cost for shipping according to your mailing address. Most likely it will be less then listed.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you order correctly. I will be availible to Convo daily. Let's make sure we get your order right the first time!

Courtney's Cakes is a pet free, smoke free, clean enviroment.
Convo's are the best way to contact me for custom orders. When I offer discounts they will be in the description of the item. Example: Buy three for $15.00.
I offer giftwrapping for any extra charge but no charge for a card or gift tag.
For every Cake Courtney's Cakes sells I donate $1.00 to St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital.
