tyramade's Shop Policies

Hi, I'm Tyra of tyramade. My shop name is obvious, I know, but it's the best way I can describe what I do. I primarily make earrings because I happen to love earrings. In fact, I have to fight myself not to keep every pair for myself. I have made a few necklaces, which are currently for sale. I don't wear necklaces which is why I don't make them often. My shop is still fairly new so I am constantly changing as I learn more about running a small business.

Payment

Right now, I only accept credit card payments through pay pal. I'm not sophisticated enough with etsy or pay pal as yet to know how to send invoices for changes and things like that. So bare with me.

Shipping

I try to ship 24-48hrs after orders are placed and payment is received. I assume shipping costs, which is why I now ship First Class with order confirmation. But shipping, at least in the US, is free. Right now, international shipping is $5, but that is subject to change once I really have to deal with those policies.

Refunds and Exchanges

Sorry, at this point I am not able to provide for refunds or repairs. I try my best to take pictures that reveal how each item looks in reality, to provide measurements, and to write accurate descriptions of my pieces. The earrings I make are usually bold and kinda wacky until you actually put them on. In other words, you need to know what you're looking for and be ready to stand out when you buy tyramade :-)

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am, however, a reasonable person and realize that not everybody is going to share my sense of style, color, shape, or size. Therefore, I am open to adjusting anything. So if you want something, but want it a little different please convo me. Actually, I'm pretty friendly so you can just convo me anyway :-)
