LAYERxlayer is the collaborative Design, Build and Consulting Studio founded by Patrick and Leah.

Our goal is to bring back Quality in every aspect of design: it would be infinitely rewarding if just one of our pieces were handed down, the way things used to be.

Payment

We prefer Paypal, but accept Check or Money Order as well.

Shipping

**Items listed as "MADE TO ORDER" will take about 2 weeks to be made and prepared for shipment.

Occasionally, we will change the status of a particular item from "MADE TO ORDER" to "IN STOCK" - in that case, your order will ship in 1-3 business days.

BAGS_

Shipping prices reflect PRIORITY SHIPPING within the USA. If you would like to downgrade your shipping, send us a message BEFORE ordering and we will take care of you.

Refunds and Exchanges

We would like to avoid a Return - who wouldn't?

If you feel that an item must be Returned or Exchanged, please contact us PROMPTLY - 3 days please.

Returns will be accepted within a REASONABLE (5-7 days) amount of time after You and I agree that a Return is the best option.

We will refund the cost of the item minus shipping - NO RESTOCKING FEE - we're nice like that.

+ Item MUST be returned in ORIGINAL CONDITION or Return will be REJECTED.
+ Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
