Greetings from Andersen Studio,
The first thing you should know that we are small production studio with a very large line so that not all of our items are made all of the time, so that some items, such as small birds may be ready to go, other items may need to be produced. Usually it is possible to produce in two weeks or less, but at times there may be delays due to supplies or other production problems.
Payment
We accept all credit cards, Paypal, checks, and money orders.
Shipping
We ship UPS but if need be we can accommodate requests for other methods of shipping. We will ship overseas, but we cannot predict the cost of shipping before hand. Unfortunately the cost of shipping overseas by the US Postal Service has recently increased quite dramatically.
Refunds and Exchanges
If something is broken during shipping we will replace it. Please call 207 350 4057 or toll free at 866 711 8421 and ask for Elise so that we can arrange a pick up.
We accept returns for exchanges or a store credit.
