Payment

All payments for InboundThread are processed through PayPal. Payment must be made immediately after you commit to buy the item.

Keeping things legal, 5% sales tax for Massachusetts customers.

Shipping

I ship within 1-2 business days via First Class or Priority USPS. Custom orders ship within 1-2 weeks.

Although rates are not posted, I will make international shipments. Please contact me with your location for details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Please contact me within 7 days if you are not satisfied, and we'll figure something out.

No returns on custom orders unless defect.
