All of my designs are hand drawn and printed by me. Because they are individually printed, identical designs will look very similar but there may at times be slight differences. But thats what makes them unique and authentic!

Payment

Paypal only for now! You can enter your credit card info directly or use your set up paypal account to transfer funds

Shipping

Notice to buyers : Please make sure your shipping address is correct and updated!

Shipping within the United States - I ship via USPS mail and usually ship the day of or day after if paid immediately.

Shipping Internationally - I will ship internationally and you can message me for quotes

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are at all unsatisfied with your item for any reason, please contact me and I am happy to work out an exchange with you. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the item, but after 3 days the transaction is final. I am willing to exchange items for an alternate, equally priced item, but you would be responsible for return shipping charges as well as the additional shipping charges for the new item you would like.

note : I am less inclined to accept returns or exchanges with any paintings, but if there are circumstances that seem appropriate, I am of course willing to work them out with you!

If we cannot arrange an agreeable exchange, a refund may be discussed at the purchase price (excluding shipping) of the item. I would refund the price of the item but not original or return shipping costs.

In order to receive the refund I must be notified of your wish to return the item within 3 days of your receipt of the item.

It is the buyer's responsibility to return ship the item, and I would recommend shipping it with a tracking number, as I cannot be responsible for lost items during transit.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I am open to working with custom orders, different material, and custom printing, but I do prefer to work with hand drawings and not digital designs. Just message me and we can talk!

Please be gentle with any glass items! They are made of glass and will break if handled roughly!
