Welcome to the shop!
Sill-O-Ettes is a shop where you can order custom designed digital sillhouettes of pretty much anything- all you do is send a photo from your digital camera to my email-I take custom orders and create digital files by hand. Sillhouettes are a beautiful subtle way to capture the essence of your favorite pets and people! You will be amazed at how a personality shines through!

Payment

Payment must be made in full when product is ordered or before you'd like me to begin. I will start the project after I'm sure exactly what you want- so if I have any questions, I'll let you know- once we're ready- I'll begin your order. If you change your mind about your order- let me know and if I haven't started yet, I can accommodate your requests. I require a Paypal payment.

Shipping

All pieces are sent via USPS. If you'd like your shipment insured, please let me know- there will be a small flat fee.. If you need something shipped quickly, let me know. I will simply ad the post office fee to your shipping order. I keep my shipping receipts for 1 month after posting.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you receive your item and there is a defective part, please let me know and I will correct it. I do not refund orders if the work has been done. If I cannot create a good profile from the photo you email, I may request a different photo to ensure a good end result.
