Shipping

i ship every items as a registered mail (which contains insurance) + priority in a hand made felt jewelry bag.
i ship every items within 1-3 days after recieving the payment (usually on the next day).

Refunds and Exchanges

Refund or exchange is available within 8 days after receipt..
Refund: I'll send you back the price of the jewelry except the shipping price when i've recieved the jewelry (unused) AND the bill i've sent you.

Custom orders are not exchangable or refundable.
