Payment

Payments are accepted through Paypal and U.S. Money Order only.

Paypal is a secure online payment system that accepts all major credit cards. NOTE: You can make a payment through Paypal even if you don't have a Paypal account. PLEASE make sure that your shipping address as entered in Etsy matches your address in PayPal.

Please pay immediately when using PayPal by clicking the 'Buy Now' button during checkout. Items cannot be shipped until payment is received.

Shipping

I try my best to ship all items within three business days of receiving payment. Custom orders may take longer.

Domestic shipping: The default shipping method for domestic orders is First Class via United States Postal Service.

Need it faster? Priority Mail shipping (2-3 days) is available for an upgraded fee. Please contact me for a quote on your particular item. Most jewelry items will ship Priority Mail for about $5.00.

Insurance is recommended and available at your request.

International shipping: International orders are shipped First Class International, on the same schedule as domestic orders. However, items shipped internationally vary widely with delivery times. Your item may take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive.

Refunds and Exchanges

If an item arrives damaged or you're otherwise unsatisfied, please contact me personally and we can work together to resolve the issue.

If your item arrives damaged...
Refunds are available only for those items which have been damaged in transit, and must be claimed within seven days of receipt. The refund does not include shipping cost. Exchanges may be made for most items, however, some items are one of a kind and cannot be replaced. To obtain a refund or exchange of a damaged item, please take a picture of the damaged item and send it to me right away.

If you are otherwise unsatisfied...
Please contact me to discuss your specific issue. An exchange for a like item or a different item in my shop may be available. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. To obtain an exchange, please contact me within seven days of receipt. The item must be sent back with the shipping to be paid by the buyer.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Custom orders, wholesale and consignment inquiries are very much welcomed. I love having my work in stores nationwide (and internationally!).

Repairs and resizing can be done for most items, simply send back the item.

All items are made in a smoke-free, pet-free home.
