Welcome to Original Madison/SourCherries handspun!
I like to spin- a lot, and after receiving numerous inquiries to sell my handspun I'm finally setting up a space dedicated to getting rid of my excess handspun stash.

Payment

Paypal is accepted.

All payments must be made within 3 days of purchase. If payment is not received within that timeframe, your order will be canceled and the item relisted.

Shipping

Shipping is on Thursdays only. If you place an order on Thursday I will make every effort to ship the same day, but if not your order will be shipped the following Thursday. Sometimes shipping will be sooner than Thursday, but never later.

Shipping is by First Class mail with delivery confirmation. If your item weighs over 12 ounces, shipping will be by Priority Mail.

International shipping and shipping insurance is available by request.

Unfortunately I can not be responsible for items once they have left my hands.

If you have a different shipping address in your Etsy/Paypal accounts, please convo me about it.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because your satisfaction is important to me, I will happily accept exchanges/returns on items in like new condition within 10 days of receipt of your purchase. Please contact me as soon as possible to let me know of your concerns so we can resolve any issues.

All shipping charges are the purchaser's responsibility.

Additional Policies and FAQs

While I'm happy to offer custom spinning, custom spinning slots are extremely limited. Please convo me to be placed on the list. If the list gets too long I will close custom spinning.

Because each skein of handspun is a work of art, once they are sold they're gone. Also, handspun unlike millspun yarn can contain irregularites. This is not a defect, but instead part of the charm of yarn made completely by hand.

I work with fiber made by other artists and as such prices will vary depending on what type of fiber is used.

I make every effort to ensure accurate colours in my photos. Please remember that every monitor shows variations in colour. If you have concerns about a colour please convo me before purchasing.
