Payment

Payment via paypal is expected at time of order. Please know that if you choose to pay via e-check, shipping will be delayed by about 4 business days (longer for international), as we wait for the e-check to clear.

Shipping

US shipping is one flat rate -- $5.00 -- for Priority Mail shipping. I usually ship within two business days of receiving your order.

International shipping starts at $5.00 and is an additional $0.50 for each additional item. I generally add countries as I receive requests, so if yours isn't listed, please convo me to find out if I can ship to you.

Refunds and Exchanges

I want you to be happy with your purchase! Please let me know if there are any problems and I will do my best to resolve them or will refund your money.

Additional Policies and FAQs

I try to always use recycled packing materials -- I keep a big bag in my closet of styrofoam peanuts, bubble wrap, etc. It is my hope that you will keep the recycling going by using them over again as possible.
