We believe in 2 things at the feltanomicon, evil and cute. Lo is it not written that one day the great lord Feltathulhu shall rise up and retake his rightful place as lord and master of all reality. The felt empire shall grow and the felt armies shall march across the earth laying waste to all human endeavour.

You have been warned we recommend you appease the Great Feltathulhu by purchasing his minions so you may better serve him.

Payment

Feltmeup only accepts payment by paypal and credit and debit cards through paypal. If you have bought an item by mistake convo me immediately and I will cancel and refund your payment so long as the item hasn't already been shipped.

Shipping

Last Posting dates to get your orders in time for Christmas are:

UK - Friday 18th December 2009

International - Thursday 3rd December: South & Central America, Caribbean, Africa, Middle East, Far East, Asia, New Zealand and Australia

Tuesday 8th December: Japan, USA, Canada and Europe

Please remember that we still recommend you allow at least 3 weeks for guaranteed Christmas delivery and can't accept responsibility for items that don't arrive in time, things still get held up in customs even if the Post Office promise they will deliver on time!

We ship standard delivery from the UK. Felties are always despatched within 3 days of purchase and if there are going to be delays I always convo to advise of this.

Typically it takes 7-10 days internationally but allow up to 3 weeks to arrive as customs can be tricky please allow plenty of time for your order to come, especially if its for a special occassion.

I ship all my items in a Chinese gift box in a brand new bubble envelop or jiffy bag, larger orders are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box.

Where ever possible I try to recycle packaging to help the environment and to keep postal costs down. Please reuse your jiffy bag and help save a tree!

We like trees we want to save as many as possible!

Refunds and Exchanges

Feltmeup promises to refund or replace any item lost in transit... this hasn't happened yet so I'm crossing my fingers!

With damaged items take a picture and attach it to a convo, I will replace all damaged items with out further charge... again this hasn't happened yet and I will be mortified if any of my creatures get hurt in transit! Please remember should your postie decided to sit/stamp or otherwise destroy your item it's not my fault and contact me before you leave negative feedback so we can sort this out amicably!
