All pendants and jewelry is handmade by me.

All of the pendants in my shop are:
• Created using quality inks and premium photo paper
• Complete with silver plate bails or antique brass jump rings
• EVERY pendant in my collection can be made into a bracelet, ring, magnet or key chain, just check the UPGRADES section
• These make the perfect gift for Valentine's Day, birthdays, shower / party favors
• My pendants are COMPLETELY waterproof - wear in the shower, beach, swimming, rain, on the slip and slide... lol

Payment

For payment I accept checks, money order, credit cards and Paypal. I would like all orders to be paid for within three days of purchase. I am flexible and understand if you need to make arrangements to pay. Items are shipped once payment is received.

Shipping

ORDER PROCESSING AND ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME:

All orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days of cleared payment.

U.S. SHIPPING INFORMATION: Most orders are shipped via First Class mail (depending on order size and weight). Transit time for First Class Mail is 2-4 business days. I do offer expedited shipping at a slightly higher price. Please let me know if you would like your order faster than the delivery times mentioned above.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION: Most orders are shipped via First Class International mail (depending on size and weight). Transit time for international orders can vary. Most orders arrive in about 10 days but can take up to 3 weeks or longer.

Attention International Customers:
International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance is the responsibility of the recipient (you). I have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Refunds and Exchanges

All my jewelry work is guaranteed - please buy with confidence. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I want to hear about it. I will do whatever I can to make it right. I welcome exchanges if you change your mind about an item and would like something else in my shop. Of course, the item you are exchanging must be in new condition.

Returns are welcome if you find your item is not what you expected. I will refund your total purchase amount, minus shipping costs once the item is received by me.
Unused, unaltered, and unworn items may be returned for Urban Bead shop credit within 14 days of receipt. Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to obtain instructions and return shipping information. In the case of a return all shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please note that items must be in brand-new condition and should be well-packed, adding insurance and delivery confirmation when returning the item is suggested.
