The proper use of my products remains the responsibility of the customer. I accept no responsibility for the misuse of my products. By ordering my products, you agree to accept and agree to this disclaimer. You also agree to hold Lydia's Spa Collections harmless and without liability for any allergic or adverse reactions due to skin sensitivity. If you experience physical problems, please consult your physician for treatment. I do not accept responsibility for any allergic or adverse reactions. If you have a nut allergy, please use with caution.

PROCESSING YOUR ORDER: All of my items are handmade and made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days to complete your order and ship it out.

SHIPPING: I primarily use USPS First Class/Priority Mail to ship packages. If I have a concern about your order, I will contact you immediately for clarification. You can expect to receive your shipment within 2-4 days when shipped via USPS Priority Mail depending your your location.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Currently I only ship to Canada.

PAYMENTS: I am currently only accepting payments via PayPal.

RETURNS: Please keep in mind that all of my products are handmade and variations will occur. I cannot accept returns. If your product was damaged during shipping, please contact me immediately.

SAMPLES: Every order receives a sample of a product currently being sold or a sample of an upcoming product.

Payment

You have 24 hours from the time you make payment to cancel your account. I will refund the money to you via PayPal.

Shipping

If you would like insurance or delivery confirmation, please make note of this in the Message to Seller.

Refunds and Exchanges

I do not all refunds or exchanges.
