We use USPS and UPS to ship our products.
We craft, make, and pack our products fresh when ordered.
Our order to ship time is 3-10 business days.

Refunds and Exchanges

*Return Policy:
We want you to be happy with the product you purchase from ESSOYA.
We make every effort to provide high quality products that are free from damage.
Due to the high quality & cost of materials we use and the fact that we custom craft our
candles to order, we offer no returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Due to the heat-sensitive nature of soy wax,
Essoya is not responsible for candles affected by high
heat during shipping or after shippment is received.

*Essoya is not responsible for a returned delivery due to an incorrect address.
We will gladly re-ship items to corrected address at the customer's expense.
Customers will be notified via email and will be responsible for the new shipping charges.
