Hello, and welcome to the wild world of Zombie Bunny!

I am a comic artist and designer who specializes in unique hand-made jewelry, plushies and prints of my own original art. I am inspired by the kitschy, the retro, the naughty, the sexy, the cute, the fun. I believe that creativity is a way of life and that fun has no age limit!

Payment

I prefer Paypal because it is the quickest, easiest and most painless method, but I also accept checks and money orders (because I remember being a bank account-less teenager and having to search and search for vendors who accepted money orders in order to procure my online goodies, ha).

I'm pretty laid-back as far as payment goes. I expect payment within a week of an order, and I'm fine with waiting for payment if there's some sort of delay, AS LONG AS YOU LET ME KNOW WHAT'S UP. Seriously. Let's communicate. Spread the love.

Shipping

How many times a week I ship depends greatly on how many orders I get, but generally it's about two times a week. Generally I ship 2-3 days after receiving an order because each item is hand-made and certain items (such as charm bracelets) are made to order. I ship everything first-class mail. Jewelry is wrapped in bubble wrap, prints are mailed with cardboard backings, and plushies are mailed in boxes filled with packing material.

If you need speedy shipping on an item, contact me, and I will charge you a bit extra depending on what shipping method you prefer, and ship the item via that method. Please understand that sometimes the postal system is funky, and while I do my best to protect items and ship them in as timely a manner as possible, if the postal service roughs them up or takes a while in delivering, it is not my fault. First class usually takes about 3-5 days in the United States.

Refunds and Exchanges

Unfortunately, I can't really do refunds unless an item arrives damaged. If an item arrives damaged or you are unhappy with it for whatever reason, please contact me BEFORE leaving negative or neutral feedback, let me know what the problem is, and I will do my best to come up with a fair solution. It may be an exchange for another item, to replace the item, a gift certificate, or a partial or full refund. I will probably request for you to send the item back if it is damaged/you're unhappy with it. Shipping cannot be refunded.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Because items are hand-made with love and care from my own unique designs, I cannot guarantee that every item will be as "perfect" as an item made in a factory. Items will vary slightly from one to another and may not look EXACTLY like photos, because you are getting a 100% original, unique work of art, different from everyone else's! Isn't that the point of buying handmade in the first place? ;)
