Welcome to Blue Koi Studio, home of artwork by Kim (Valois) Mathieson. Blue Koi Studio is based in on the Upper North Shore of Sydney, Australia and offers original artwork and paintings in oil, acrylic, encaustics, watercolor and multimedia.

Payment

Thank you for your interest in Blue Koi Studio artwork ! Payment is to be completed within 5 days of sale. Paypal payment is preferred. A confirmed Paypal address is required and Paypal and Etsy addresses on record need to match please. Australian-based buyers may alternately use direct bank deposit (please convo me to request this option and for us to discuss the total payment due, which will be based on the prevailing exchange rate at the time). Money orders may be used in Australia only. No personal checks please. Payment must be confirmed and verified prior to shipping items.

Shipping

All shipments are from Australia, home of Blue Koi Studio. Most shipping will be via post or airmail (except for large oversized items which will have separate shipping detail in item listing or will be arranged via Conversation between buyer and seller). Parcels will be packed well and artwork will be carefully wrapped and taped as suits the size and shape and nature of the item. Oversized items may require shipping via courier or interstate agents within Australia, or via air freight for overseas delivery. No sea freight or container options offered. Overseas (non Australian) buyers of oversized items should convo me to discuss shipping options and to arrange shipping quotes and estimates. Shipping costs are based on actual shipping estimates and quotes unless otherwise indicated in listing. Registered and insurance options are available for shipping and costs will be added to payment totals for buyers who request that. Seller cannot accept liability for uninsured shipments. Seller accepts no responsibility for items clearing customs in countries outside Australia.

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds are not accepted for change of mind. Recommend buyers opt for insurance for protection against damaged or lost parcels.
