Thank you for shopping at Kitsch Café Handmade! I love using vintage fabrics and yarn to create colorful products for your home. I hope you enjoy your purchases! Please come again and tell your friends.

Payment

Kitsch Café Handmade(KCH) accepts PayPal as well as money orders. We ask that you pay when the item is purchased or within three days.

KCH will not send items until payment has been received. If you are paying with a money order, I will wait until I receive it until I send the purchased item.

If you wish to reserve an item, please contact me. I will hold the item for 24 hours. If you have not purchased it with the 24 hour time period, the hold will be released.

Ohio residents will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

Shipping

All items are packaged and shipped a day or two after payment is received. If you need something ASAP, please let me know.

Items 13 oz. and under are shipped via the US Postal Service first class mail. Items weighing more will be shipped Priority Mail, Parcel Post or First Class. All items will have delivery confirmation.

Insurance is recommended. Please me me know if you'd like to add insurance and I will revise your invoice. KCH will not be responsible for damages that may occur while shipping.

KCH will ship to locations outside North America. Please contact me for rates.

A handling fee has been added to the shipping rate.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns are given depending on the situation. If you have a question or concern, please contact me.

Additional Policies and FAQs

KCH uses a mix of new and recycled boxes. I package items carefully as possible. However, I can not be responsible for damages during shipping. Please see "shipping" above.

It would be fantastic if you left positive feedback once you have received your item/s. If you are unhappy with the service and/or item, please let me know so that I can help resolve the issue.
