I am so glad you stopped by my little store on Etsy...♥

My main philosophy is to make you, the customer, happy and to walk away with a creation that you can proudly show everyone who asks "Where did you get that?" If you purchase one of my items, you can be confident that it was made with much care and thought because you, the customer, are so very important to me.

Payment

I currently accept Paypal and RME only, and please NO ECHECKS through Paypal. No checks, money orders, etc.

Payment is to be made within 3 business days, but if you can't make a payment quickly, please contact me and we can make other arrangements.

Shipping

All of my creations are shipped "electronically" -- meaning via email.

For an additional fee, you may request your creations to be burned on a CD and sent via USPS. Please contact me for more details.

Refunds and Exchanges

Do to the nature of the product sold, I do not offer refunds. It is clear what is being offered for sale. If you want to see more images, I will be happy to email you a larger version, HOWEVER, all images will be watermarked.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Out of respect to the many other Graphic Designers out there, please do not ask me to modify someone's else's artistic creations, or to use copyrighted material. You are original! And I want your artwork to be, too.
