Thank you for checking out Sara B. Jewelry!

Each piece of Sara B. Jewelry is hand formed and soldered by me, using classic metalworking techniques.

Each unique treasure will be packed safely into a cute and original little package - this will vary depending on the piece of jewelry. I try to recycle materials such as magazines, bubble wrap, boxes, etc. and turn them into uncommonly pretty packaging!

Here at Sara B. Jewelry some of my pretties are ready-to-ship and some are made-to-order.

Ready-to-ship items will be shipped within three to five business days upon receipt of payment.

For made-to-order items, please allow me up to 14 business days upon receipt of payment before items are shipped. I will make every effort to get pieces out to you sooner if possible!

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions regarding your order, custom requests, shipping or information on any items I have in my shop.

Payment

At this time, Sara B. Jewelry only accepts payments through PayPal. If there are special circumstances, I will consider a check. With a valid credit or debit card, you can use PayPal even if you do not have a PayPal account! All PayPal payers must complete their PayPal payment by clicking the "PAY NOW" button at the end of the transaction (it happens often that folks do not see this part)

Please pay promptly. I am not a meanie, but if your Paypal payment is not received within 3 days of ordering, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item(s). I will, of course, notify you before this happens.

Please feel free to contact me if you need additional time for payment or have any questions or special requests!

A 7% sales tax will be added to Indiana residents. (The tax will automatically be assessed through PayPal. If your PayPal total is different from your Etsy total, this may be why.)

Shipping

UNITED STATES
Shipping and handling within the United States is $4.00 for USPS First Class shipping. This includes delivery confirmation. If you would like to upgrade your package to Priority, Express, add insurance, etc. - please contact me and I will adjust the price for the additional service costs.

EVERYWHERE ELSE
International shipping is $10.00. This does not include any type of tracking except the tracking you can do through the customs form. I insure all orders of $50 or more automatically. I will explore the restrictions and options for your country at the time of sale to find the best shipping method for you! Please be sure to write me if you have any special requests or shipping information.

Refunds and Exchanges

It is important to me that you are happy and satisfied with your jewelry purchase from Sara B. Jewelry & Metalsmithing. Please let me know if there are any problems with your purchase. I will be happy to work with you to resolve any issues!

Sometimes life happens! You may have slept on your earrings causing them to bend, lost one in the grocery store, etc. - repairs are always an option! Please give me a shout so we can work it out :)
