Welcome to BOW WOW Me Over Bows! Thank you so much for taking the time to check out my store! I know that you are sure to find something that you will love! Here at BOW WOW Me Over Bows you will find boutique quality hair accessories that are always up to date with all the stylish trends and changing seasons! I offer a variety of bitty bows for the pampered pooch in your life! I am a perfectionist and all of my products are made with great care and lots of attention to detail to ensure they last and stay beautiful. I personally buy all of my ribbon in small amounts in order to keep a constantly changing inventory. If you see something that you like buy it right away because there is a good chance it's a "one of a kind"! I take new pictures of each bow so what you see is exactly what you get. I don't just relist using stock photos, each item is made and ready to be shipped. I take great care to make sure that your bow is perfect before I list it, this means all ends are heat sealed, and rubber bands firmly attached. Rest assured that I will never send you anything that does not meet my high standards!

I will be more than happy to take custom orders. If you have something in mind for that pampered pooch in your life please do not hesitate to convo me!

Please note that all bows are made in my smoke free home.

Payment

I accept PayPal payments. PayPal payments are expected within 48 hours, and once funds have cleared the bank your package will ship.

There will be no shipping charge for local customers if you pay using PayPal and pick up arrangements are made. In this case your shipping charges will be refunded to you at time of pick up. Local customers may also pay with cash or check at time of pick up. Convo me to make arrangements.

Shipping

I ship all Domestic U.S. orders via USPS, First Class Mail or Priority Mail.

Please make sure your PayPal address is correct! If an incorrect PayPal address causes your package to go awry I am not responsible for re-mailing costs or loss, so please double check.

Packages are shipped within 2-3 business days of cleared payment. If you are ordering after 3pm on Friday your items will ship the following Monday. Custom orders will ship within 3-5 business days. If you need something to ship right away please contact me for other arrangements. I make all items just for you so please allow up to 14 days for shipping during busy seasons.

Please contact me if you need your order by a certain date as I may be able to place a rush on your order.

If you would like to insure your Domestic U.S. package please convo me. Shipping fees do not include insurance for these packages.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE!!!

Upon a recent trip to the United States Post Office I was informed that they have changed some of their policies regarding Priority Mail International shipping.

**Please Note**

For International Shipping: I ship U.S. Priority Mail International. The prices for International and Canada/Mexico reflect the Priority Mail International flat rate envelope or Priority Mail Small Flat rate box. This envelope and box no longer ship insured, insurance is extra, and the Priority Mail International Flat Rate Envelope and the Priority Mail International Small Flat Rate Box are no longer available for tracking. The USPS however, does still guarantee delivery of 6-10 business days.

The USPS does offer indemnity coverage for all ordinary (uninsured) Priority Mail International (flate rate envelope not included)items. This coverage is provided at no additional charge and protects mailers against loss, damage, or missing contents. Coverage is calculated based on the weight of the parcel or the value of the contents of the parcel whichever is less.

Insurance can still be purchased, convo me for USPS rates if interested. When insurance is purchased, it replaces the indemnity coverage provided on ordinary Priority Mail International parcels.

I am quoting directly from the USPS website and in no way am I trying to make any money on shipping. I am simply trying to provide my buyers with the fastest most affordable International shipping available.


**Please note that I am not responsible for any custom's fees. This is solely the buyer's responsibility, and no refund for custom's fees will be given. I will accurately declare the contents of any mailed package on all custom's forms.

I ship packages Monday through Friday. Please note that for International and Canada/Mexico shipping unexpected things can happen though, like random custom controls which can take up to six weeks.

As my bows are made to order I do not accept returns or exchanges unless I have made a mistake, which I will gladly correct!

**Please Note**
Please be aware of choking/chewing hazards. All bitty bows are securely attached and have small parts. Do not leave dogs unattended while wearing any hair accessory and do not put them in enclosed quarters (such as dog crates/cages) with hair accessories on. BOW WOW Me Over Bows can not be held responsible for any accidents.
