Payment

Paypal Only!

Orders will be canceled if PayPal payment has not been received in 24 HOURS. I will email you first via Etsy conversations to confirm your wish to cancel. Please notify me if there is any problem or extenuating circumstances.

Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days via USPS mail.

You will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation after item is sent.

Domestic shipping charges are $2.50 per item, but additional items are shipped for free.

Refunds and Exchanges

You have up to 7 days to return products for a full refund less shipping cost. In order to receive the refund, the items must be unworn and the tag must still be on them. Items must be mailed back in the same packaging you received them.

For sanitary reasons, earrings may not be returned.

For sterling silver and gold filled, I recommend that you store them in an air-tight bag and wash with jewelry cleaner to prevent tarnishing.
