Hello and welcome to my shop.
My products are made in a smoke free environment. All my products are made by hand one by one.
I love what I do and take great pride on my products.
I am an animal lover and am always looking for ways to help one more abandoned pet.

Payment

I gladly accept pay pal, money orders and cashier's checks....
please note: you do not need to open a pay pal account in order to use their user friendly service. Paypal is a safe way to use your credit card.
Payments are due within three days of purchase. You also have these same three days to cancel your purchase should you choose to do it.

Shipping

My shipping cost is for First Class USPS. If you would like insurance and/or delivery confirmation, I have to recalculate the rates.
I use recycled packaging if available.
If you would like to give someone a gift, contact me thru etsy and/or leave a remark on the note to seller at the check out. I'll be more than happy to mail your purchase to that person.
Don't forget to also leave the recipient's correct mailing
adress and your personal message to that person.

Disclaimer:
I package my items with love and care, however if you choose not to purchase insurance, I can not be responsible for items lost or damaged by the postal service.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction with my products is very important to me, if for any reason you are unhappy, I will gladly refund your purchase less shipping charges, if you return it unused and undamaged, postmarked within 10 days of my shipping date.
