Welcome to Galerija Baltica!

We are a team of two professsional photographers. We sell our work as fine art prints printed on high quality papers using archival pigment inks. Each print is made by us especially to order. Please see our profile for details of paper and ink etc.

Payment

We accept payment through Paypal. Items will be sent out within two days of receiving your cleared payment.

Shipping

Small prints (10x8 and smaller) will be sent by Royal Mail First Class Post or Airmail in a sturdy board backed envelope. These are usually delivered next day in the UK and in 5 days to the USA.

Larger prints will be carefully packed in a large diameter postal tube and posted out within two days of receipt of your payment. We use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery, which means that the picture will need to be signed for on delivery, and is insured against loss or damage in transit. We do this for our mutual security and reassurance.

These prints are normally delivered in the USA within 10 days of being sent out by us, Europe within 5 days and next day in the UK.

Note Books are wrapped in acid free tissue and packed in a bubble envelope and posted by Royal mail First Class or Airmail.

We always send you an e-mail to let you know it's been posted, and appreciate a message from you as soon as it arrives. Otherwise we do tend to fret!

Refunds and Exchanges

Occasionally, problems will happen - it's part of life. If something should go wrong, please let us know immediately, so we can work together to sort it out.

When your item arrives, if it is not what you were expecting please let us know straight away. You can return it to us within 7 days and providing it arrives in a saleable condition we will refund your purchase price.

As we only make a print when you order it, we can make it to your exact measurements if you'd like us to. Just ask for a quote.
