In this store you will find a variety of adorable accessories and gifts for little girls. I do not mass produce items and work on keeping all items unique and fresh. My inventory is ever changing, so some items are Limited Edition and will not be reproduced. I change my items to keep up with the current season and trend. I also welcome custom orders, so just let me know if you are looking for something special.

Payment

Payment is due within 3 days of purchase. I accept Paypal. Please contact me if you need an extension.

If payment is not received within 3 days and I have NOT been contacted, I reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1-2 working days after payment has been received.

Please check your address listed on Paypal is correct as I will l ship the order to the address listed in the buyer's Paypal account. Please note: It will be the buyer's responsibility to pay for the reshipment cost of an order that has been returned to me due to incorrect shipping address information.

I will convo you to let you know when your order is shipped.

International buyers are responsible for any and all custom duties and fees that may be incurred on an order. Please note that international delivery may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

I will not be held responsible for the loss of an order during shipping.

Refunds and Exchanges

All sales are final after 7 days of purchase. If for some reason you do not like the item received, please contact me within that time period to arrange for return. The returned item must be received in the original condition in which it was shipped before a refund is issued. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the items received were not the items originally ordered.

A refund will be issued for the item's original sales price LESS the original shipping charges.

Additional Policies and FAQs

Please note: due to the random nature of some of the fabric used to cover the buttons, what is displayed on the front of some buttons you order may vary slightly from the ones displayed in the listings photograph. However, I will endeavour to match them as best I can.

Also all the BUTTON ponytail holders are made so that the elastic band is removable. If the elastic gets stretched out from lots of use, it can be removed and a new one attached.
