Welcome to the Raven Ridge Fiber Arts Etsy shop policies. We are a small cooperative of fiber artists based in NW Montana. We love to share our passion for all things fiber and are delighted that you have stopped by! Our goal is to ensure that you are as passionate about fiber things as we are, and the best way to do that is provide beautiful creations and excellent customer service. We would love to hear from you after you receive your item, as we like to know how our creations are doing in their new homes.
Payment
We accept Paypal and personal checks. Paypal is faster because we need to wait for the check to arrive and clear before we can ship your purchase. We expect Paypal payments to arrive within 2 days of purchase, and personal checks to arrive within a week, and in US currency. If you change your mind, please notify us immediately.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is USPS First Class (the least expensive, for us) for smaller items. For bulkier items, like rugs, we ship UPS. For UPS rates, we need your zip code. If you want something faster, please contact us and we will work out the cost. We encourage you to insure your shipping (additional cost), as we cannot guarantee a product once we have shipped it. We will notify you once the item is shipped. We ship on Mondays and Thursdays as we live in a rural area, some distance from the Post Office. International buyers will need to cover any custom costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return in its original condition it to us for a full refund (excluding postage) within 10 days of receipt. Please email us if you plan to return an item.
